The additional hours should be consumed on any day as wish with in the period of plan.
The payable amount is non-refundable.

All days are firmly calculated from the date of enrollment.

The points cannot be redeemed as cash.
The available discounts and hours may be reformed from time to time with prior intimation.
The members are not allowed switch from one to another plan after registering with a specific plan.
The members are strictly not allowed combine the membership plans.
Membership discount for each member will not be applicable during multiplayer gaming mode. When there is a case of multi players each owning a membership package of different plans, only one membership plan will be taken under consideration for discount from one among the multiplayer(s).
